"I purchased a 2002 Sportster from H-D of Danbury to get back into riding. I then graduated to something bigger and went back and purchased a 2003 Dyna Wide Glide. Carl and Al bent over backward to make sure I was pleased! The parts and motor clothes departments are always fully stocked and the staff is friendly and consistently willing to answer all your questions. The Service department has been outstanding; they make sure that the smallest of details are satisfied. I recently received a phone call inquiring if my recent routine Service went well and wanted to know if I was completely satisfied. What great follow up! When I visit the dealership and am called upon by first name, I feel as though I am visiting friends who can help with all my needs no matter how big or small, than a client seeking to just purchase products and services.
